Choice 1　Select the cooking method for your main dish from either shabu-shabu, sukiyaki or hoba steak.

 

Choice 2　Guests who do not eat beef may select from either seafood shabu-shabu or pork shabu-shabu.

 

Choice 3　For an additional charge, guests may substitute the brand ingredient Hida beef in place of domestic Japanese beef.
